dinner in the Thyme restaurant for a modest $10.00 per person. Dinner includes:

This offer is valid only in the Thyme restaurant Sunday through Thursday, not
available for take-out or roomservice. Gratuity is not included. Each guest must
present their voucher to the server before ordering.
Description of dinner entrees:
CEDAR PLANK SALMON: Herbal-glazed salmon grilled on a cedar plank for a moist,
smokey flavor presented with Pico de Gallo.
SHIITAKE CHICKEN: Tender breast of chicken pan-fried with a crust of flavorful
bread crumbs and Shiitake mushrooms served with its own de-glazed pan drippings.
ROASTED CHICKEN: Half chicken with a tarragon and dill butter rub, slow-roasted
and finished with pan gravy.
CREOLE CRAB CAKE: Creole-style jumbo lump crab cake lightly fried with a sweet
corn cream sauce, roasted red pepper coulis and scallion oil.
LOBSTER ENCRUSTED TALAPIA: A fresh tilapia fillet topped with a pureed Brazilian
Lobster and herb compound butter baked to a golden brown and served with an
orange yogurt sauce.
CARIBBEAN PORK: Caribbean spice marinated double cut pork chop with a pineapple
salsa complemented with a coconut banana rum sauce.
EGGPLANT LASAGNA: Fresh, thinly sliced eggplant rolled with creamy ricotta and
hazelnut pesto, topped with our homemade vodka sauce.
