Wines By The Glass
White
| Chardonnay - A wide range of growing soils produces a diverse spectrum of Chardonnay wines. Their flavors can be described as apple, lemon, melon and pineapple. |
| Pinot Grigio - A type of Pinot Gris, grown in Northern Italy. This wine is crisp, light and dry. |
| Reisling - This German wine is refreshingly crisp with rich and ripe peach flavor, it is full bodied with a lingering aromatic finish. |
Red
| Cabernet Sauvignon - This grape is certainly the most successful and popular of top quality red wine grapes. Its flavors have been described as cherry, black cherry, cassis and raspberry. |
| Merlot - This grape produces wines that are generally softer than Cabernet. Merlot wines are medium dark in color, rich and fruity, with characteristics of black currant, cherry and mint. |
| Shiraz - Aroma characters can range from violets to berries, chocolate, espresso and black pepper. No one aroma can be called “typical”. |
Blush
| Zinfandel - This grape is considered California’s red grape. One popular style is White Zinfandel, a fruity-flavored white wine that’s usually slightly sweet and ranges in color from light to dark pink. |
